Interprovincial and International call-ups for Malahide Players
Congratulations and well done to some of our young members - stars in the making !
Adam Coughlan and Shane Getkate were selected to the Ireland U19's squad for the forthcoming Under 19 European Championships which are being held in Belfast from 22nd to 28th July, and a four team tournament in Oxford, which will serve as a warm-up for those championships. Shane has also be playing for Ireland A in the past few weeks.
After the recent Under 17 girls Interprovincials in Dublin, the following have been selected to travel with the Ireland Under 17 team to Hampshire from 4-6th August for a series of 40 over and T20 matches, Aisling Gill, Alison Smith and Ciara O'Carolan Murphy.

Sorcha O'Carolan Murphy, Fiona Gill, Margaret Richardson and Femi Akrinde
Under 15's North Leinster
Alison Smith, Sorchas O'Carolan Murphy, Meabh Reid, Fiona Gill and Lizzy McDowell
Under 17's North Leinster
Alison Smith, Sorcha O'Carolan Murphy, Ciara O'Carolan Murphy and Aisling Gill. In addition, Alison (Vice Captain) and Sorcha have been selected to the Leinster Under 15's squad for the "Colwall Cricket Festival" being held at Malvern School, England from August 10-13th. Barbara McDonald will travel as part of the management team.
Leinster U13 Squad, congratulations to Cameron Shoebridge and Glenn Cosgrove on their selection to the Leinster U13 squad for the recent Boys Interprovincial series of matches.
The recent Irish Schools Squad selected to play against the RAF at Uxbridge on 6-7 July, Malahide players Shane Getkate as Vice Captain (CUS) and Adam Coughlan (Malahide Community School). Adam was also selected with Ryan Sheady in the boys Leinster Under 17's squad to play a game against the visiting West of Scotland Under 17's in July,
